Kiran is the welcoming face of the clinic, being the first point of contact for both internal employees and clients. She plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at complete care physiotherapy & rehab centre by providing essential support to everyone. Her responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, managing billing, liaising with insurance companies, assisting therapist and organizing files. Originally international trained as a physiotherapist, Kiran is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and English languages.
